Return & Refund Policy

 

StileAdda is dedicated to providing a safe shopping platform to make your shopping experience as simple as possible and hassle-free with us.

You will have 5-days return period after you have received the products, and customers are requested to raise the return query within the given period of time, only in the case of:

– Received the wrong item.
– Less quantity of item.
– Item had defects.
– Any item missing from the Sales Package

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.

Here is how you can easily return products

It just need one simple step -- write us a mail at info@stileadda.com containing order number, contact details and product image. Please also write your complete bank details to initiate refund process.

It usually takes 24 working hours for us to respond to your return request and schedule a reverse pick-up. We will send you a mail once the return request has been confirmed from our end with the instructions on how you can return the products.

The return shipment will be scheduled to be picked-up from where the products were initially delivered, and our delivery partner will examine the products at the time of pick-up.

Please Note: Kindly return the products with the original packaging and bill. Please ensure that our delivery partner seals the package in your presence at the time of pick-up and Do Not forget to take the Return Acknowledgement slip from the delivery partner.

REFUND:

Refund will be processed to the same account from where the payment was made after the return shipment is received and examined at our facility. It usually takes 24 working hours to process the refund and it might take further 4-5 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
