2. Is your jewelry suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes, most of our jewelry is skin-friendly and nickel-free, making it safe for regular use. However, we recommend a patch test before prolonged wear if you have highly sensitive skin.

3. Will the jewelry lose its shine or color over time?

Our jewelry is crafted with high-quality plating and finishing. With proper care, it will maintain its shine for a long time. Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals to extend the life of your jewelry.

4. Is there any guarantee/warranty for products?

No. There is no explicit guarantee/ warranty. But we promise to deliver premium quality jewelry to you.

5. How can I place an order on StileAdda?

Simply browse our website, select your favourite pieces, and click “Add to Cart.” Then, proceed to checkout and fill in your shipping details to place your order.

6. Do you ship across India?

Yes! We deliver pan-India, covering major cities and remote areas alike. We also deliver outside India but in international order, shipping charges will be applicable according to location.

7. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours and delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

8. How are orders placed on StileAdda delivered to me?

All orders placed on StileAdda are dispatched through courier partners such as Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, Xpress Bees, etc.

9. How can I get my order delivered faster?

Sorry, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the order delivery. In future, if we are offering such service and your area pin code is serviceable, you will receive a communication from our end.

10. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, we offer COD on selected pin codes. You can check availability at checkout.

11. What are the available payment options?

We support Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, NEFT, IMPS, Paytm and other wallets, UPI via BHIM UPI , Google Pay, Phone Pe, etc.

12. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email, which you can use to follow your delivery status. You can also track your shipment through our link “Track Your Order” link at the bottom of our Home Page.

13. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

We’re sorry for the inconvenience! In such case, please share a photo/video of the product within 24 hours of delivery on our customer care number (9899177780) or email (info@stileadda.com), and we’ll assist you with a replacement or refund.

14. How can I return the product?

You will have 7-days return period after you have received the products, and customers are requested to raise the return query within the given period of time. You write us a mail at info@stileadda.com containing order number, contact details and product image. Please also write your complete bank details to initiate refund process.

15. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

16. How do I take care of my imitation jewelry?

Keep your jewelry dry and store it in a soft pouch or box. Avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and sweat. This will help maintain its shine and quality.
